Do we need to rent a car?
We don’t advise renting a car as most transportation can be easily arranged through taxi or shuttle services.
How do we get to San Miguel De Allende?
San Miguel de Allende is easily accessible by Leon (BJX) or Querétaro (QRO) airports. From there, a taxi or shuttle will bring you an hour into the city. We are located in the emerging neighborhood of Obraje, just a few minutes from the new 5-Star Live Aqua Hotel.
Is there a local market?
There are many markets in San Miguel and it is best to take a taxi to and from. We love the new ‘City Market’ for the best selection of products.
is the area safe?
San Miguel De Allende is a very safe area but you should also take normal precautions. Taxis are recommended at night and are only $3-4 from El Centro to our Neighborhood of Obraje.
